Our crepe machine bakes the crepes which are used on the manicotti stuffing machine and can produce 3000 crepes per hour. Our high production volume dough kneading machine can knead 3000 pounds of 100% Durum Flour per hour. Manicotti Stuffing Machine: This machine took four years to design and is the only one of its kind in existence. It can stuff and pack up to 4000 per hour. Ravioli Machine: Our commercial high volume ravioli machine can produce up to 400 boxes per hour. Stuffed Shell Machine: Our commercial computerized stuffed shell machine distributes an accurate stuffing to each shell produced.
