GARLIC (CRUSHED)

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

GRATED CHEESE

IN A MEDIUM SIZE FRYING PAN OVER MEDIUM TO LOW HEAT COOK SAUSAGE PIECES

WITH GARLIC AND OIL (SLIGHTLY BROWNING GARLIC)

REMOVE FROM HEAT

COOK RAVIOLI ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS

DRAIN RAVIOLI AND ADD SAUSAGE AND GARLIC AND OIL

TOP WITH GRATED ROMANO OR PARMESAN CHEESE
